I have had it for a few months and it's one of my favoriet apps. on my desktop it's called Arp & Dr Pad maybe that's why the OP called it what they did.
Anyway, tons of arps, for all kinds of genre's and instruments. ribbon modulation, pitchbend, great keys, great drom pads. They really thought this through and did an awesome job. go look it over.

Sorry couldn't remember the name and was not handy to the app store as I was writing those earlier posts...sonicflux wrote:Why wouldn't you just post the actual name of the app rather than a vague description?
It is a fun and intriguing app , tho I'm not sure what I'm going to use it for yet.. It seems to have quite a few possibilities.. Loop generation, jamming, backing tracks etc..

"Keyboard Arp & Drum Pad" is the actual name....took me a bit of searching to find it...
Only $1.99. It is a controller only, no sounds. ( that sonic state article mentions a built in synth?)

Oh. Well I was going by this, but I've just noticed Europe in the URL:
http://europe.yamaha.com/en/products/apps/synth_arp/
Maybe not live State-side yet?
