Here's what I've learned since I started this thread:

This is a good plug in in many's eyes
It's not overpriced, but seems a tad steep
It has more soundbank than you probably could ever explore
It hasn't been updated in a long time, but other than mac x64 may not need it
Some people are a little touchy about that
