A couple questions:
How does it fare on a Core2Duo CPU?
Does the arp output midi to other plugins?
IS teh Grid for the arp?
Anyhow looking good, sounding good, I'm happy there is a grey skin, and hope more skins can be made available, by users would be really good.

Anyone else think the name Oxium sounds like a prescription pain medication?
Of course the similarities could be there......they both make you feel better and are both potentially addicting.......
Looking forward to the demo July 5th or 7th (somebody's birthday on the 6th? Free Beer day?)

The CPU stress is very similar to all other Xils synths :braj wrote:A couple questions:

A standard mono bass will take 5% on my antique Quad Core 9650 : with 2 voices unisson it will take 8/9%. A standard 5/6 voices chord will take 9/10% if the release time are not too high. With unisson and long releases the cpu hit is higher. Theres no patch I can't play on my machine > 40%
the arp doesnt output midi.
And the Grid, Le Masque V2.0, is not for the arpeggiator, but it can be combined with it : Its an advanced exclusive modulator and therefore you can modulate what you want with it. It can morph into a simple sequencer, a double sequencer, a slide machine, a kind of event seqencer; a simple stepsequencer, a very sophisticated step sequencer, and many other things for wich we dont have yet names, but actually its much more than that : Its the open door to ways of playing music that are just new, and its only limited by your imagination.

Thanks Donatodonato wrote:That's inaccurate and unfair.keel wrote:Is it buggy as all your other products?
I was going to answer to this one :
I dont know how to interpret your message : Xils-lab has thousands of satisfied customers, and the rate of reselled units is very low.
I'm myself using the synths everyday, and I did not notice all these bugs. You can visit the Xils forum to see that most bugs are corrected very fast.
There might still be a few ones left here and there, and actually I dont know a synth that is totally bug free ( except after at least 2/3 years, and if the dev is giving it all the necessart attention ). But these are very minor ones, and we're fixing them one by one, with patience and hard work.
So either you had a real problem with a Xils synth, and its very likely it has already been fixed for ages. Either there IS a bug, still unknown and not reported by thousands of users, and in this case, please give us the details and we'll fix it ASAP.
Else; what can I say ? Just try it for yourself when the demo is out and you'll see
