Quality stuff and I am glad they are going out on a high but I will miss them alot, There is not one record by them which I dislike, Even stuff which they personally hate such as Galactic Glaucoma and From The 13th Sun but never the less I really them.4lb Kitty wrote:I've recently been listening to Candlemass on YouTube, too.Dean Aka Nekro wrote:Candlemass's swan song album 'Psalms For The Dead', So the last three tracks would be:
The Killing Of The Sun
Siren Song
Black As Time
For me, the last music that I've listened to is:
Bronto Scorpio - Colours
Walk the Earth - thedeadsoul
Bluedad - It Doesn't Take Me This Long to Fall Asleep
Also and more importantly really - This tread has given me the push to get more involved in the music cafe and post my own stuff/works thier. There is alot of it but I am admittedly lazy to even put it on soundcloud but the music cafe seems like a healthy place for stumbling upon things I may never would of listened to and hopefully when I start it will be the same for others, It will probably be on soundcloud and linked from thier as that seems the simplist way of doing it. Still I do like to give out .WAV files instead but I guess that I could always offer them in anybody wanted higher quality (from MediaFire). Unless anyone knows of a one place for all formats and streams website host thingy for free? If not then the above I can/am fairly comfortable with using no so biggie
Thanks to Yourself and all the others whom have without trying to do given Me the spark to get more involved

Hi everyone!
Many thanks for the great responses and your excellent choice of music
(it allows me to learn about songs that I didn't previously know).

Well it's 9am here on a cloudy day in Sendai, still just within the enjoyable part between drunkenness and incoming beastly hangover...
1) Velvet Underground and Nico- Femme Fatale
2) Bebel Gilberto- So Nice (Summer Samba), Layo & Bushwacka Terrace mix
3) Mono- Slimcea Girl, Aloof remix
Mellow!

The last three songs I 'tried' to listen to were all by The Brian Jonestown Massacre.
You see, I'd just watched the documentary on them and the Dandy Warhols called "Dig", in the doco' the singer Anton Newcombe does plenty of talking about how great the band are... but, not a lot of music can actually be heard, so I jumped on the net to listen to some of this 'revolutionary' music... turns out the're not so good after all, kind of like a crappy version of Neil Young... as if Neil himself wasn't crappy enough.

The last three actual songs would all of been Pet Shop Boys, as I finally got around to watching the Live DVD 'Cubism'... but the highlight for me was this track:
Before that I was listening to The Ambush (Oliver Leib) on iTunes:
Prior to that I was checking out some vintage Eat Static on Spotify:

Let's keep this thread going!
Tool - Lateralus
Richard Devine - Corina Chirac
Systam of a Down - Mr. Jack
Speaking of SoaD, you have to see this (If you are into that kind of music):
One of the best full length performances I've found on Youtube, including some serious guitar problems
Cheers
