Its 64bit and working so far have to use Jbridge for the 32bit Plugins Soundtoys and Eventide Blackhole but they work.

Plugins load faster.

When you are using sampled instruments and crashing due to the DAW running out of RAM thats when you need to upgrade to 64bit.

do you have outbound firewall by any chance. ? I had to set little snitch to allow ableton, i have decided to give it unrestricted access as it makes it easier and i don't really care a bit if it phones home
