all my plugins have meters and input output volumes already
I've found the previous 'utility' plug-ins by Dustin really handy when first few inserts when multi-tracking anything pretty much. These two are even more useful with combined and additional features. Not had a mixed down to do that recently to of tried them in a mix context but as said they will for sure come in really useful first insert slot and on aux/return/bus tracks and groups :)

Again Dustin thanks for the useful tools man, Appreciated :tu:

Edit: hell I am typo king of the day, So much so I will just leave them there. Pardon my english :oops: It is my native tongue too!

Haha what?

Here's a quick update:
I received an automated email from Norton saying they hadn't found any viruses in StereoChannel x86.
StereoChannel.dll Our automation was unable to identify any malicious
content in this submission.
The file will be stored for further human analysis.
Still no word on the results from this "human analysis."

While I've been waiting, here's a list of things that are already finished for the next update:
Fixes/Enhancements (1.1.0):
* Tweaked VU needle graphic and animation smoothness
* Added "Mini-View" mode
* Increased Volume range from -20/+20dB to -24/+24dB
* Added Volume level readout
* Added VU Peak-Hold needle
* Experimental VST3 builds (looking for guinea pigs..)

StereoChannel:
* Increased Center X-Over range from 0-500Hz to 0-1000Hz
* Fixed Fade Law adjustment controls

MonoChannel:
* Adjusted High Pass Filter slope
* Extended High Pass Filter range from 10-500Hz to 10-1800Hz
Today, I did a little bit of speed optimization and code cleanup. On my netbook (Atom N270), MonoChannel CPU use went from ~2% down to ~1.05%. Looking good so far!

I still want to tweak some more stuff and get some clickable/editable readouts and some other neato things in there before I release it.

I'll try and bug Norton some more about that false positive. And I'll make a report to PCTools too.

Have a great day, everybody!

Can we turn off the hold needle? Because I find that distracting as heck.

Definitely :)
Right now, it's set to toggle on and off when you click the meter area.

I found this thread while searching for a way to report false positives to PC Tools.

Not sure if that helps or not, but it could be a start.

Ah, like VUMT. Good to know. Definitely looking forward to the update.

Well I somehow have vertigo/labrythitus which has been caused not via sound or me doing nothing silly like monitoring at too high volumes...etc. But through stress and a long on-going issue with my sinus's (So my GP gave me a course of some pretty heavy anti-biotics which mix like oil and water with current medication), So nutshell its messing up feeling like I am seasick yet Im on terra firma, Dizzyness and other mad crap, On the positive side the examination on my inner ears revealed that nothing is inflamed/angry looking. So aslong as I take it easy and lay off of heavy audio stuff whilst it clears up there shall be no long term damage :tu: (thank fukkery when I was told that!). I have quite alot of material tracked so it will just have to wait until I am fit again. My laptop went down about a week ago so I'm on my daughters tiny netbook and it was not built for a guy like me/my hands/fingers can't handle such a small thing!!! Hence my typo happy prior reply :oops: :lol:
Got a dedicated audio machine 80% complete (which I've left for far too long after my antique one just would not cut any bloody mustard)

Anyway all those updates sound like they all will further make StereoChannel even more useful dude and again can not wait to try it when I can start doing some mixdowns again. I was going to suggest full phase rotation but then I thought well that is covered by Variety Of Sound's preFIX, Audiocation Phase and Voxengo'a PHA979 so only unless You really feel like adding more to the table as it would be great but then I'd FR a decent/flexable gate. So ignore that one

Hope my english is making more sense this time around and also hope to be back in the control room as soon as I can be with new machine, All my gear and software back useable along with these ones in the plug-ins folder. Stuff to look forwards to on the brighter side ;)

Oh no that doesn't sound fun at all! I thought you were just being goofy earlier. I hope it clears up quickly. That vertigo stuff is just nasty.

Phase rotation sounds like it'd be a perfect fit for my polarity plugin. Thanks for the suggestion!

Take it easy and get well soon!

Will there be an option to set GUI's size as default ? (big/small)
Professional technicians are assessed by the abilities they possess.
Amateur technicians are assessed by the tools they possess - and the amount of those tools, with an obvious preference to the latest hyped ones.

Right now, nothing is planned. If your DAW can save default presets, that would be the way to do it.

Hi Dustin.

I'm just doing some final minor "touch-ups" now. Manuals will be updated tomorrow. Plugins should be released by Friday :wink:

Sorry it's taken so long!
