See, I also would have preferred an option like this:

We dont/wont make skinnable guis. If its your first concern when choosing a synthesizer its OK. Theyre are plenty of plugs for you to choose from.
And additionnaly, yes Stephen you're correct, our graphic artist is independant and freelance.
I'll preface this post with the fact that I've long been a fan of XILS synths but there is something about your turn of phrase in forums that can make you appear very arrogant. You never appear to take feedback gracefully but instead always feel the need to defend your standpoint. I'm all for developers not bending over backwards to the mob rule of forums as that leads to unfocused products but if you disagree with a users feedback a simple "we'll take that on board as we develop the product" is all that's needed.
I think you've been treated very badly by a certain sub-set of users here on KVR but if your going to utilize forums as a central part of your marketing strategy you need to be able to communicate with people without causing offence. I'm pretty certain you don't intend to rub people up the wrong way but past history would say otherwise.
I really do mean this feedback respectfully.

Yep, I went from seriously considering getting this soon to 'no thanks' very quickly. Maybe it's a language thing, but I'm turned off now and ignoring this from here on out. Maybe I'll regret it when the synth goes full-price but I can always buy it used later. Lotuzia, you are right, I do have other options. Thanks for the reminder.

You're very probably right, next time someone will make a false statement, I will not try to explain things and the real things that are at stake, and I'll just state what you said " we'll take that on board as we develop the product ".
It will save me a lot of times also.
Seriously 5 pages about an orange skin ........
Thanks for the advice.

Another tip :
Gang mode for the faders in both mixers :
It can be usefull to raise the level of all oscillators simultaneously, while keeping their resp levels.
To do this : Use ALT + MOve any fader.

I like the sound, the filter is very creamy but it seems to have still some bugs left.
When I load the plug-in first time, the init patch doesn't give me any sound. Totally quiet no matter how hard I hit my midi keyboard
Then I choose a patch, there's a sound. I flip through a few presets and then the plug-in goes quiet again. Sometimes it happens when I change the preset first time, sometimes a few changes after. But it always goes quiet ... Sometimes I also get a really loud noise blast when changing the preset.
I'm on Macbook Pro i7 and running Ableton Live with Oxium Audio Unit.

Purely out of interest - I've noticed the oscillators in this respond to PWM in exactly the same way as Xils 3, are they the same, or based on a similar model?
Also, why does the triangle width not change that much? Seems to have little range. That was OK for Xils 3 since I presumed the range was matching the original hardware, but on a modern synth I'm a firm believer that PWM modulations should go as far as they can in both directions to provide the widest range of sounds. Look at Charlatan for a good example of an antialiased Ramp > Triangle > Saw morphing oscillator.

The CPU usage is too much on my computer.
The 2 voice unison makes the cpu meter on ableton jumps to 60%. As comparison Massive and Saurus usually only uses 20% with this unison value. And i haven't touch the release and filter yet.
i5 2,4 ghz.

Thanks for the report,
I'll put this one with high priority on the buglist

I have no real trouble with the GUI. Gray looks nice. May be the Orange is not that beautfull, may be a little bit darker orange will do better. But thats just me
The only reason that stops me now from taking this is that I already got loads of synths including Synthix and PolyKB player plus a prophet 8.
I have to justify it for my self. Is there any further discount for beta testers or for existing customers in future?

Hmmm I'm -almost- sure that existing customers can use their voucher to purchase Oxium. Please consult your Xils account for this.
Else : There will never be a better price to get Oxium than during the intro price. ( 69€ intro price, minus your eventual vouchers, I'll confirm this later, but you can see it in your account I think )

OK, now that ive had the chance to try DubX...i mean Oxium...for myself i must say its not really my cup of tea. And since pointing out all the things that put me off wouldnt be very classy, ill just leave it at that.
(May be getting the PolyKB at some point though. I rather like its concept.)

Is there some muting bug? After some time the synth is muted and must be reloaded. If I see the demo restrictions there is nothing stated from such time limit. I'm not really sure, eventually after loading additional instances but this could be a random thing. Maybe this has something todo with the other bug and the init patch.
Btw. soundwise this synth is a bit different, after trying some hours to see how it fits my own needs. It's a bit bad testing because of this muting thing but it remembers soundwise more to analogue emulation of something.
