too bad about filterstation not working out but it kept muting reaper anytime I touched anything

I was literally going to buy 4 or 5 plugs from these guys cause I thought the sale ended at the end of the weekend!! Error!!

I bought some plugs and got the discount...went back just now to pick up the couple more that I wanted, also thinking that the sale went through the weekend. PLEASE, AD, any chance that you could extend through Sunday night?

It's been 2 weeks already and I've sent out 2 e-mails to Chris Randall and so far nothing.

At 1st I thought that maybe he's on holiday or something and didn't want to stress him out, but I noticed his very active online lately so...

My purchase in this case was directly from AD.
..and even if it was 2nd hand, it isn't fair to lose some (or all) of support.
Practically, who bought the plugin originally "passed" the right for support to the next person, as simple as that!

@michi_mak, thanks, just sent an email using a different email address!

AD plugins seem cool, and I have ADverb for example which I use and like very much atm... but the refund request is for another AD plugin

Thanks again, the refund went through almost instantaneously after I emailed AD from a different email address.

I know yours wasn't second hand

I was surprised it took so long, but looks like you got it resolved
