My purchase in this case was directly from AD.
..and even if it was 2nd hand, it isn't fair to lose some (or all) of support.
Practically, who bought the plugin originally "passed" the right for support to the next person, as simple as that!

@michi_mak, thanks, just sent an email using a different email address! :)

AD plugins seem cool, and I have ADverb for example which I use and like very much atm... but the refund request is for another AD plugin :P
