Limiter No6 64-bit Mac VST version preview

I successfully built 32/64-bit (universal binary) VST version of Limiter No6 for Mac OS X. I didn't test it a lot and also I have suspicion it has problems with RTAS wrapper (didn't check it yet) but if you want it you can check this version for your own risk.

After the moment I can call this version "stable" I'll update links on "downloads" page.

Nice, real punchy. Thanks V!

I notice that the two different skins sound slightly different but so far from what I have used its the best limiter I have found as far as nice smooth dynamic limiting with ISP detection I plan on donating when I get my next paycheck :D

Thanks! I'll check it soon.
it still exhibits the CPU problem with Sonar X1. It consumes CPU even when I bypass it.

what do you use to check I use toneboosters meter thingy and It works for me make sure you use the last limiter in the highest quality mode I set my output to -.4 and hit at max about-.3

What metering software do you use? I checked it with K-Meter plugin once and I found that K-meter sometimes is wrong.

I'm preparing 1.0.1 version, which can solve this problem.

Yes, you're right. My ISP limiting algorithm has about 2% error (so peaks can overshoot theoretically no more than by 0.175 dB if threshold set to zero).

I watched it for quite some time when I first got it because I wanted to make sure it was working right. as far as I have seen its great at catching ISP but like vladg said a super super small peak might slip so if you really are going for 0 go for-.1 or -.2 I like it at -.4 its safe loud and a nice even number :D

do you have it set to ISP precise?

Damn! This is not good. Can you make sound sample (1 sec of length is enough) for me to reproduce it?

On my turn, I've found in my archives small example to check true peak meter (~700k):

Can you check it with your metering software? I believe that this small sample doesn't have peaks upper than -0.3 dBFS.

I have a question about the different models I dont know if you answered this or not. did you make both of em sound different on purpose?
I just noticed from the start of using em that they had there own sound and each I find great for stuff.
