I got the Cryeverything bundle in 2008, and havent contacted them since. Most of the plugins are now discontinued although some of their first stuff was quite good. The spectra C1 is my favorite, but as for upgrading, you get in contact and unless its about spending money on new update you dont really hear anything. I got the new transient designer after emailing about how I was a previous buyer and provided minimum details. Without a fuss they quickly sent me the offer with the plugin discount of previous buyer without having to confirm any details. You might want to give that a try if you are wanting to buy something from them. I have to say though when I emailed recently about the transient designer they have answered all my Emails within a few days so perhaps they are having a change of heart.

Their GUIs are really cool, I'm not sure about the sound & their usefullness though...

Crysonic were the first effect plugs I bought before I knew much of anything. I've since replaced them with high quality plugs, mostly Flux. I'm still using nXstasy because it works reasonably well and I don't know of a decent alternative. If someone can suggest one, I'd be grateful!

I don't think sarcasm will increase your sales. Possibly learning how to code and not blaming the user for every bug found in your software might help.

Nah, forget it... go with sarcasm. It'd be too hard to start over at this point.

Oh damn, yes to all future plugin buyers. KEEP AWAY from any offer they make. I must say I like nXtasy for some purposes of mixing and for sound design. But now I've the f****ing problem with my new mac. The code they sended don't be accepted by the plugin. The support answered one time (of about 6 mails) and then the "communication" broke down again.

Pff .... now I'll uninstall all their plugins and the chapter

sonic is over for me.

nXtasy is a fantastic plugin. The only thing that I can think of which does kind of a similar thing is Jonas Norberg's free Firegain:

+1 for Nxtacy, and I like Crysonic C1 for putting transients on stuff.
