Just had a quick play with the latest beta... umm, no way to route modwheel or aftertouch to start at no vibrato and then add vibrato?
Hey hakey, hey dreadnought,

we're just rethinking some of Curve's modulation settings. This is one of the big issues for us to address. So this will get improved with one of the next betas.

The next beta is up. No new features this time, but various fixes:

Fixes for text input in various host sequencers, for mouse movement in Mac OS X 64bit and for loading of presets (which could be messed up after playing with the new macros). Thanks a lot to everyone for reporting these issues!

So here't the new beta: http://www.cableguys.de/curve-2.html

Especially interested if anyone experiences glitches with text input and mouse movements.

Create a preset (or simple sine) turn up the macros and see if the zero-points (macros turned 0) of the settings (which become manipulated by the macros) is still correct after syncing. I mean you can delete the preset after testing right?
Thanks kenibu for this - again - highly useful bug report! Yes, we can verify this bug and will fix it within the next 7 days. For now you can make sure that your presets are not changed by setting the macro knobs to 0 before saving them (I know it is not perfect but maybe a solution for you for now).

"within the next 7 days".. actually, it is fixed now, but we are applying some more changes, so we expect the next beta for Monday.

Yes, kenibu, there will be a demo version. As all our demo versions, it will be fully-functional and have no time limit, but you can only use one instance per song and you can't save presets via the host sequencer. And you will be able to change your user description, yes.

Having said that.. with all the great presets that you are uploading, there should be quite a fair chance for you to gain enough discounts (every preset in our personal top-50 gives you a EUR 20/USD 28 discount on a Curve 2 license).

We've just updated to another beta last night.

The latest version fixes the bug with loading of macros that kenibu mentioned (again: big thanks for that!), as well as another bug with LFO amount modulation.

Also we've added "previous"- and "next"-buttons for faster preset browsing.

Update to the latest beta version

Hey all, we've now set Curve 2's release date: October 1st

Everyone who purchases Curve 1 or the Cableguys Bundle now, will get a a free upgrade to Curve 2 on day of release!

Curve 2 is still in the works, and we keep adding features (latest addition: macro controls). Find out more about Curve 2 here.

Curve 2's preset contest ends September 1st.

Everyone can participate - you do not need to be a professional preset designer.

There are a lot of prizes in the pot for the top-50 presets. And we'll pick our absolute favorite preset: Its creator gets all plugins we ever do, now and in the future, for free!

All you need is the latest Curve 2 beta.

More on the contest here.

Beta 12 is up since Sunday.

http://www.cableguys.de/curve-2.html

We've revised the way modulations are calculated and introduce a new modulation mode with the latest beta.

For greater flexibility, modwheel and aftertouch are now also set up via macro controls (we've made sure that old presets are converted automatically).

Hope it's to your liking!

The new Beta 13 is up now.

Mainly it brings some fixes for the modwheel and aftertouch, that we changed with the last beta.

Enjoy!
