Is Kontakt 5 being discontinued?

I am defending my statements. I offered dsign work for NI products. I got alot of requests for free work, and people asked me to listen to what they were saying. So I am making free stuff, but I can't support NI products any more. I was comarketing for it for a long time, and now I'm not, quite a few people are unhappy. So for that matter, was I, so now I'm saying so. For those who like NI products, I suggest offering to be a beta tester for them. Tney provide everything for free, on condition that you say nothing bad about the company, at least that's what I was asked. I was never a beta tester, but there are some happy people who are.

In addition, I think I was asked personally not to tell anyone that I was an NI beta teester. I do remember asking if I could say positive things about them, and they said they'd turn a blind eye, but officially I would be required to say nothing at all about the company in order to be a beta tester. They have alot of software, and they need to do testing for quality, so if you like the software, it would be a good idea to offer beta testing.

No, I said I refused to sign the NI contract, it was a contract and not an NDA, because it contained, what looked to me like a gag clause. I think that's pretty common now and usually included in NDAs. A developer for NI was interested in codevelopment, and asked once me to tell him what I was doing, so I asked to see his contract with NI. At that time, I was still providing Reaktor support, I didn't want to do anything to make the company unhappy, so I didn't want to do anything contrary to it. I never heard from him again.
