~88 patches were used (incl drums... hmm, now that I think about it, drums could be grouped together into kit-patches)

...so my final number is ~ 80

sounds awesome!

Actually what I did was take a 128-preset bank, melt the code down into one big superpatch.

Heh heh kv331 just couldn't stay away, so yeah no reason to cover up whats behind the demo any longer

It is indeed Synthmaster doing the demo.

It's a huge bonus when an instrument do both synthesis and sample playback.

There is still time to join the guessing game for how many presets i used making that demo.

Regarding samples: Only the drums/percussions are sampled, those are used in 1 single preset. All the other presets are synthesized with SynthMaster.

This bank will be a factory expansion not a paid one

and it'll first be distributed with Computer Music Magazine's special issue, which will be on the shelves next week!

The correct number of patches was 50 (FIFTY)

We have one correct guess so far: Bronto Scorpio.

I'll find out the 2 nearest guesses as well!

As I said this is a FACTORY bank, and will first be distributed with Computer Music Magazine's "Special" issue, scheduled to be out this Wednesday! Meaning demo users can grab it with CM as well!

Good to know even half a Synthmaster is a powerful synth by itself.
