I've been checking out this controller online and on paper it looks fantastic. I see that some people reported some issues, but I wonder if they have been worked out in the recent models?

Has anyone purchased this recently? What do you think/what was the experience like?

I know it has the mod wheel on the side, and a lot of people don't like that, but I actually don't really care about that.

Also, I see some places have "B stock" units for about $300 cheaper. I suspect these should be avoided?

Thanks!

Ok, since no response, how about if you didn't purchase it recently? I would still be interested in your comments. Or even if you have the Nano version, I would like to know your experiences.

Don't own these keyboards, but I really like the velocity learn feature (YOU PLAY).

5:44 velocity learn - you play (german)

For me, the most important factor on a 88 weighted keyboard is, do you like the key touch/action and the velocity.

Maybe ask in the Pianoteq forum for more user experiences with Studiologic/Fatar keyboards.

I've heard that it can have issues with electromagnetic interference, so that it outputs loud notes occasionally. Also the velocity response shall have issues sometimes.
I've tried one in shop once, as I got it recommended and I thought the action feels really disappointing in my opinion. I can only recommend you to check one out yourself to see if you're satisfied with it.
