"we are working on it" claim IK staff. In the meanwhile you can find ST2 for 170€ on their site: you buy it, you think "what a bargain" but after two weeks or so they make a "special crazy deal" (at least three or four times a year), offering sampletank for 29,99€...hibidy wrote:BERFAB wrote:Must have's are all upgrades:

Zebra (can't believe I still don't own it)
Circle - find the interface really inspiring, and sometimes I like "digital"
Valhalla Shimmer (don't need it but who cares - I have the rest and feel like a family member is missing and might have something to contribute)
Maybe Oxium (don't need another "analog" subtractive but it's easy to get a good sound out of it, and the "la masquey stuff" is different), and maybe some more Kontakt libs/instruments (HollowSun, etc.)

I've decided to add a few other things to buy for my virtual studio.BERFAB wrote:Must have's are all upgrades:
ARC 2
Komplete Ultimate 9
Sampletank 3
CSR x64
Dune 2
Of the above, only ARC 2 is an actual existing product at the moment.
Otherwise, pretty satisfied with all existing gear. KU8 was an awesome purchase and covers a LOT of ground. And, overall, for me, if I was left on a digital desert island and could only use a couple of synths, I could do quite nicely with just Reaktor Prism, Zeta+2 and Geist (cause I'll need some drums).
cheers

Btw I like your choice of desert island choices
This gives me a new thread idea...

Went to GC to demo Omnisphere. I loaded it in Logic on a mac, and Logic promptly crashed!
But yeah, finally..anyway, that's what I'm looking at next.

D16 Lush-101,
Maybe Oxium very soon before promo ends, Maybe Korg Wavestation, Maybe Waldorf PPG Wave 3, Maybe Diva, Maybe Tremor, Maybe AD Phosphor...mainly if I see them at no brainer prices I'll snap them up if I got the spare cash at the time, some will never be no brainers though like Diva unless bought 2nd hand.
