Key handling bug fixed

Ok the problem is that in order to get mouse wheel events you need to have keyboard focus, if you have keyboard focus then some hosts will not get keyboard events and so it buggers up the keyboard shortcuts.

I tried to get it all working but in the end I have just sacrificed mouse wheel support, for now anyway, since that is less important than the plugin not interfering with the host keyboard shortcuts.
