Good to see you around again Chase.

I've only really got back into making music again in the last year myself. I've gone a bit more synthy and (mostly) less experimental this time round so this thread's very helpful to me too. The only one I know and use here is Zebralette. Essential. Will be checking out the others.

I got an extra serial for the free Arturia Moog so if you want it PM me and I'll give it to you. Don't know if you're into Moog type sounds, but if it's any use to you you're welcome to it.

Just don't include picture of your dick in the PM or you're not getting it...

Plex is now freeware and updated to PLEX2 :D

Sonigen Modular has to be my favorite of the new. It's sounds really good for a very small amount of cpu.

Rez3 by Ugo is a good one too, it looks good (although the GUI maybe a bit small for some) & it sound good too.

It's only free while in beta though I think - being priced at $120 once it gets to v1.

Right, if you list magware also, nothing can't beat Dune BE. :D

In answer to your question, Christian Budde unfortunately isn't here regularly anymore or releasing anything, I donated a bit back and he thanked me, I think after he got married he quit doing freeware.

Most freeware devs now are asking for money, it's not like 2 years ago.

There was an OSC featuring Plex a while back. My plan was to participate but I opted out since I just didn't understand how the thing worked.
i still don't and ended up deleting it from my VST folder

Ye, people go on about plex and how awesome it is, and I just don't get it. DL'd and installed to see what all the fuss was about... honestly, it was kinda meh to me

Will do. The money I didn't spend on korg's mono/poly can go to you. After the demo I realized mono/fury is way better!

Yeah, those are good. Only downloaded them myself recently and they're damn fine instruments.
