Liked it a lot - listened twice. Good work.

Thanks for the comments. Yes, it's just a little piece I made quickly for fun, kept it very simple. Thought I'd share it since it's not related to the serious stuff I keep postponing anyway. The main melody and the bass are from an analog modular synth, the pad sound is 3 different WaveStation plugin patches (one for low, one for mid, one for high note) run through an analog filter module, the percussion is from a Wavedrum Oriental, TR-909 (Smaller 909 library) bass drum and hi hat, all effects processing done in KSP8.

Isn't it strange that the best material that a lot of us come up with are the quick, simple, less complicated pieces that seem to fall out of the sky or when we are playing around with a new piece of equipment? Never fails.

Yep, it's definitely nice and refreshing when that happens, Bubba.
any1particular, it's like this: the oscillators are 3 Synthesizers.com Q106 modules (one extended with a Q141 oscillator aid module) connected to each other in a particular way using hard sync, frequency modulation and soft sync. The audio output is from one of them which is set to sawtooth waveform and the two others are connected to each other and to it, one set to sawtooth, one set to ramp waveform. They're filtered by a Threeler VCF (by Ian Fritz) module. One Q109 envelope generator module is used for the oscillator's audio output and one for the filter's frequency control.
