Cubase skin for Reaper

Question for the Reaper guru's regarding PPM/VU setup.

Is it possible to change the color codes for certain dB ranges? Even with themes? I'd love to have my used to bargraph setup if possible.

And what about changing the VU ballistics?

seems you lived under a rock the last decade? where's the problem if i had a crashdown once in a while? i have plenty of hardware here (also magma pci 7 slot and so on) this all is very complex. the daw is more then the sequencer.
