For anyone interested in some custom presets, here you go.
I made these while working on the contest track.

If you try them out I'd love to know what you think!

Nice track, It seems there are some left overs at the beginning of the track or is that part of the compositions. It sounded like another song ended before the kick starts or it could be a big bang start, just an observation. Good luck.

APZX wrote:Just posting up the WIP version of the track for this session of KVR's OSC, Gliding Above the Acclivity. It is a bit on the Trancier side of the house. I figured it would be a nice change of pace for me.

So, far 24 instances of Dune BE have been used.

Edit - All right this is me editing the post for my official submission for this month's OSC.

The track is Gliding Above the Acclivity.
Host: FL Studio 10
Instances of Dune BE: 26
FX Used:
Sonalksis FreeG (1x)
Variety of Sound DensityMKIII (3x), BaxterEQ (7x), EpicVerb (5x), BootEQMKII(7x), TesslaSE (3x), and NastyVCS (1x)
Kjaerhus Audio Classic Compressor (1x), Classic Delay (13x), and Classic Reverb (4x)
Sonimus SonEQ (10x)
Vacuum Sound Poor Plate (6x)
Yohng W1 Limiter (1x)
Love that arp and the bell. The melody that comes at 2:20ish is great. Overall a good track. The energy level of the track could have been little better, not that it's bad as it is. IMHO the kick could have been a little stronger. Good luck in the contest.

For all who wants to get quite interesting synthetic percussions.
1. Go here and chose the drum rythm you like http://soniccharge.com/patternarium
2. Save the preset to disc.
3. Download demo of uTonic fully synthetic drum machine and load previously saved preset.
4. Open preset in uTonic and convert sounds to Dune (with weak synthesis skills you need max. 2 hours for one sound, Dune is able to reach all uTonic sounds with a help of modulation matrix)

I don't tell you to copy everything 1:1. Primo - I just want to show you qiute fast way to improve your drum synthesis skils in enourmous fast way. Secondo - patternarium is damn good motivation device :), sometimes opens your mind in 0,0000001 second :D

Hi, just starts with a crash as usual but the crash is a bit too effected with reaper delay 5 tap preset as i made it to dry... with dune... i am not that good with synthdesizing crash or drums :)

Thankyou jasinski :) I just quickly went throught your presets... there's few good ones... easpecially the drum sounds, I like the hi hats snare 2 the crash is better than mine definitely ;) I assume it is ok to use third party free presets for the contest? Those in the know / organizer please confirm.

I'll put another quick track together using your drum sounds, hopefully i'll get a bit more energy in.

Thanks again
