I am not sure yet if it can do anything a lot different from other glitch plugins, though I am sure it is even deeper than it looks. Its sound, though, is magic. It has that Magnus special sauce which makes all his products just sound terrific.

That's what I hear as well. It seems like it doesn't do much other plugins do, but the sound quality is possibly a little better, not sure how much though.

I've played with it a bit but after running through all the presets on some sources i don't see myself dragging it into every project yet. Also i must confess, i don't understand it fully yet.

For vocals and beats to glitch it's nice. On synths/bass it won't do much for me i think.

Still, fun plug with a nice glitchy sound. Got a nice discount too.

Playing with it now. It is AMAZING! A very deep plugin considering the type of effect it is. It can be used as a simple delay or as a crazy glitched 'n' pitched sample player.

Quite a lot of possibilities coming from this and its great FUN!!

Hi

Firmware is updateable and presets saved/recalled will retain firmware used.There are 2 at the moment SAM (Software Automatic Mouth) Love the name...Ringmod

Enter:

user=user
password=password

other commands:

Logon
logout?off
Dir
reset

Type SAM or Ringmod to patch firmware (I'm sure more will come and you can even write them yourself)

PS Not sure if it works with demo but this feature needs registered/full licence

What the hell?! I listened to the demo and thought, the last thing I need is another glitch plugin. Then I see this! Can any one comment on what this "firmware" business means? Can the effects be recoded or is this just novelty like the Fairlight iPad app.

I have spoken with Magnus about this and he agrees, he's lost a few patches also... there will be an UNDO button very soon
