Yep, unless there is something sig. I got the crossgrade from maschine and it was right at 300 bucks which gave me GR5, K5, massive FM8, battery, reaktor, and some pretty cool extras like west africa. But, I have ZERO plans for an upgrade unless there is significant upgrades to current products. I don't care about some shit thrown in.

at least i'm hoping for a more comfortable solution.
komplete 9 including 3 or four more instruments but the same synth's and a updated kontakt would not work for me at this price.
i probably would upgrade kontakt but then i would need to re-sell the upgrade.
i'm feed up with buying and re-selling on a regular basis, let alone an upgrade which is much harder to sell.
and oh boy,if there are new synth's there are new bugs so i probably would observe the forums and wait until those get fixed.
that's been said of course i like to spend some money but only for massive 2.0 and kontakt 6?
i think reaktor 6,massive 2.0,kontakt 6 and two new ace synth's along with the current would convince me.
...but reaktor 6 will take tiiiiime...
btw,the machine offer is way to expensive.
machine was half the price 2 weeks ago and there aren't any big improvements.
who on earth want to buy machine 2 for this price?
but, then, whenever a company goes in the wrong direction it is because of those blatantly stupid sales manager which i'm much more afraid about.
i really hope NI will do it right.

You speak the truth! If you go back to when that was mentioned, I thought it was pretty much a no brainer. 399 for the full or 249 for mikro?
It's SO worth that!

Wait for July.. perhaps skip a year too like me.t3toooo wrote:anybody else thinks that nearly 300 euros for upgrading komplete once a year would be a bit steep?
If Komplete 9 doesn't have major updates to kore (pun intended) products, then I think they're going to be hurting for awhile if not slowly going down the toilet. Komplete 6 -> 7 -> 8 were virtually the same, minus some bundled sampleware, GR5 and K5 (which seemed, to me at least, like a half version than a whole).
Look at IKM with their 9 year old Sampletank 2.. theres only so many price cuts and krazzzyyy bundle deals one can have before you've saturated the market and customers grow tired of waiting for updates thus move on to competing products.
How long do they dangle the carrot in front of us before allowing us a bite?

£37 ($59). I'll personally cover the difference if our site tells you any more than that.Is your shipping expensive to the UK?
