- Voting is open to anyone, but voters must have had 20 prior forum posts before start of the voting period, or participated in this month's contest.
- Last day for voting is 15th September (KVR time).
- If you have entered in the competition, you must vote to be eligible for prizes.
- No voting for yourself.
- In the case of equal scores after voting, entries will be separated by how many 5 pts they got, then 4 pts and so on.

HOW TO VOTE:
You should allocate your votes, in a single post, in this thread ... something like this:

Artist xqy - Track xqy: 4
Artist zyx - Track zyx: 3
Artist zqx - Track zqx: 2
Artist qzx - Track qzx: 1

NOTE:
Reviews, however brief, are always welcome. Even if you can only find the time to add a short comment, then please do! ...it keeps the thread alive and encourages others to listen/vote.

May the best win. Have fun and good luck everyone :)

Will be giving the entries my first good listen later today, and will join in the voting. Sorry I didn't get anything finished this month. I was thoroughly enjoying Dune, but... I have my best excuse yet; I had a heart attack back on the 10th (still my finish a track for my own peace of mind, though). Anyhow, hope to give Retrologue a try.

I hope you will be better in no time.

Good luck with your earth man, we only have one. ;)

Oh no! I wish you a speedy recovery; can't wish that on anyone.

Post

Thanks, guys. Heart trouble runs in my Mom's family, but I'm doing fine. Unfortunately, the new medicines they're giving me make me a bit, um, well let's say "cloudy". Could make for an interesting track this month, though! ;)

Very sorry to hear that man! Hope you recover quickly, and it never recurs.

Hey, take care about yourself. I hope you recover complete and fast.

All the best, Photonic

I wish you luck and speedy recovery. I pray this does not recur. Take care.

First our best wishes to papatomany. Get well soon.

Here are our votes:
  • 5 points: Pulse Width Modulation - Great Hunter In The Sky
This track is opening wide inner spaces, has not one dull moment and changes in a very quiet way. Make the test and fast forward through it by clicking randomly in the player. You won't find two spot that sound the same. Great.
4 points: Doc Jon - The Chase
Mature Doc Jon style. What else can we say. You know what you do. We are fans.
    3 points: Kraftraum - Rotation 8 (Opportunity)
Filters! FILTERS! And glorious beats. That's all you need. My name is Reverend Harry Krishna, welcome to rotation! :D
    2 points: z.prime - Finding Happiness
Lots of quality sounds throughout. We especially liked your 'vocal' patches. Great filtering.
1 point: Loris D Solic - Letting Go
No loudness war in here. This track is rather quiet compared to others. So you might think it is weak, dummy. Turn up the volume and see. You'll get blown away!
All of these and some more could have earned 5 points. It is a gamble, our friends.

The shortlist in no particular order:
Jasinski, Yeager, evo2slo, bzur, Photonic, Skyzone, angelremington, AdagioCM

Great month. One of the best.

Looking out to this month's challenge

Take good care of yourself. We'll be happy to see your OSC tracks whenever they come in, even if that's tomorrow, next month, or next year. Maybe your music might be something to help you keep in good wellness.

Torrent file
Download it and execute, your torrent downloader will open and will download all MP3 files at once.

Thanks for your patience :)

Think I read somewhere the average human heart beats around 3 billion times in a lifetime... My excuse to avoid routine exercise! Get well soon!

What good is 320kps when they were compressed by Soundcloud to 128? Or am I just showing my ignorance? lol
