no still...network like cubase's VST Systemlink

I hope they skip networking entirely.
Is there any use there other than access to more ram/cycles?
Get a new computer?
Better off with one decent one than two shit ones.

Is the Cubase option actually used a lot?
I think I have seen networked resource sharing set up about twice as many times just as an experiment rather than for real world use.

+1 on Time Sigs, just so itll go away. :hihi:

Tbh, since v10 I have had so few gripes with it that I am almost not excited for v11. The way it is right now is amazing imo.
Newer features always need ironing out, but it is very solid for me atm.

I'm using 10.0.9c too. Until the don't release a stable version i shall pass.

But i really want to try the perfomance mode and the new two toys: GSM and KickDrum, or whatever they are called. I hope those will be free... GSM is a little version of Drumaxx.

From now they are at 10.6 beta version.
But they said that there won't be much more changes from what we know about the actual beta.
So expect FL Studio 11 in 2 - 4 months, i think.

Have a good day :)

I think the drum and synth things being trialed are from Maxx's groovebox vst. Theres already a one tone version of Drummaxx included.

One thing I really would like is a clean up of the effect plugins.

It seems these have just accumulated over the years. I find it unproductive as it is now, it's pretty untidy and unclear what does what (any difference between Parametric EQ 1 and 2 for instance, if 2 is an update, then why keep the old version in)?

I would like them to incorporate most of their FX plugs into one big plug with a more logical GUI, something like the interface of SFX Machine Pro for example

Post

old plugs are left in for project compatibility but yeah, i also find its getting a bit messy.
i've just recently had a 'cleanup' session trying to familiarise myself with them all again and work out what is worth keeping and whats not.

Post

Why don't you just remove the plugins from your installation if you don't want them?

Removing them and breaking old songs would be a bad idea.

Post

Or, just delete them from the Plugin Browser.....
Then they still work but are not in your way.

I you're using fl studio and not using the plugin picker, you're missing out big time.

Basically a really smooth customizable UI for grabbing and droping plugins. Delete the defaults and set up only the plugins you use.

I dont use the Picker as much, but the Browser customization and drag/drop is a key part of my workflow.
Custom folders/organization, custom stored settings, custom thumbnails, etc....

Same here... if you create own folders and put a space before the name they will appear always on top of the browser:

...how would you be able to keep track of what you were doing to which if they were all in the same window?

I just want a version where the bridge doesn't crash, or my 64 bit plugins just close and don't tell me they stopped working............ :bang: :x

Have you reported these issues?

Hard to fix what we don't know about.

I don't think it's an IL issue. I did contact the plugin maker and all they said was, 'that's weird. never heard that before.' Go figure.
