Omnisphere gui, what a perfect design!
EDIT - pl somebody could get a little inspired by Omni and come up with a skin (in the same vein, not so perfect of course)for oatmeal, or Eve 3 vst?!

The one that brought back minimalism to Daw's

I still think Abes should provide developers a way to make skins that could integrate well in to Live enviroment.
Valhala DSP, U-he, Fabfilter and FAW have the best gui's

My thoughts:
-Valhalla will do me fine and love the simplicity - the way it should be.
-Fabfilter stuff is perfect marriage of fancy/intuitive/useful.
-Realistic renderings get my love at first sight but they all lose their appeal rather sooner than later.
-Pointless animations in GUI's: Waste of CPU resources.

Sakura just grabbed me instantly. Fascinating layout, and I love the sliders design.

Everything Shabdahbriah posted. And a lot of others.
Vember Surge
Motu MX4
Aalto
But Largo takes the cake for me:

If I had time I'd post loads more. What about that guy who does the compressors, Muse or something
But you know what I found, the more I like the sound of a plug-in the more I connect with its gui.

With me, it's the other way around: the more I like the GUI, the more I like the sound.Aiynzahev wrote:

This one:

Wiggly plant algae tentacles will boost your creativity like nothing else.
Oh yes, and this new beauty:

I don't know why, but this colour scheme really appeals to me. Very easy on the eye, and the GUI incorporates a lot of functionality in a small space without being cramped or frustrating.
Aaand this one: like Phonec, it looks exactly like it sounds. Green!

For me red, green and blue will do.

As you know from your TV, with red, green & blue most colors can be made (see the color triangle on this wiki http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RGB_color_model). These 3 VSTs also cover a lot of the sounds I like. But still there are sounds outside their 'sound triangle' that other synths will need to cover.
