How long do NI normally take to deal with license transfer requests ? Any ideas ?

long, Phoned them than they make the licence transfer direct

Post

Yup. If you've got time, eMail them.
Roll a dice 10 times, and any of the numbers you rolled might be the number of days they take to proceed.

Personally, I never needed to phone them, usually they react to my support requests within 48 hours.

Then, why would you need a transfer request? You just want them to remove the product serial from your account, so that you can send it to the new owner.
Reaper user? Get my free JSFX plug-ins, also available via ReaPack extension.

Yeah , that's all I need, them to take the serial off my account so I can give it to the new owner.

I'm not ringing Germany to sort it, will cost a fortune.

Well, if you're located in the UK then ringing Germany will not cost you a fortune. You can use Skype to make a cheap phone call or one of dozens other similar apps. I have been doing this for years and it is cheaper than using your mobile for domestic calls.

It's 22p a minute from a landline, more from a mobile. I can't use skype or anything like that. I dont have them.
