ES-3, ES-5 power supply

I got ES-3 and ES-5, I have standard AC to DC 12v power adapter, can I use it to power the es-3 and es-5? or do I need a special one?
Main Computer Specs: MacBook M1 Max, 32GB, 4TB, Cubase 13.

You need both +12V and -12V. The modules are intended to be used in a Eurorack modular case e.g.
