Behringer iStudio iS202 - is it out yet or what?

The Behringer iStudio iS202 was announced at the Winter NAMM back in January and then disappeared from the Internet, apparently. It was shown briefly as coming soon on the Behringer US website, and then taken down. Now I've seen it pop up finally on B&H's website as coming soon (price: $150) and on Adorama Camera's website, it looks like it's actually in stock.

I know Behringer will do this: tease something months and months in advance of actualy releasing it, but is this thing finally out or what? I'm not going to buy it, I'm just curious.
