New Audio Interface Advice Please!

Hi!
Sorry if this is in the wrong section but thanks for taking a look anyway.
Currently have a very old Steinberg MI4 acting as an audio interface between my Macbook Pro 2011 running Logic and two Adam A8X Monitors. Also have an old Casio Keyboard as a MIDI input and a Sennheiser e815s mic which is used very occasionally. As you'll appreciate, the MI4 just doesn't cut it any more (especially as it is incompatible with Lion & Mountain Lion) and it's time to upgrade. However, having done a brief survey of the market, it seems that there are products that are either to basic or advanced for my needs. I may be wrong, which is why I am turning to people here for some advice. So, basically, my requirements are:
USB or Firewire connection
At least one MIDI input
At least one Balanced Input (for Mic)
Some sort of output for my Adam monitors
If anyone could point me in the direction of what my best bet might be I would be extremely grateful!
Thanks in advance!

MOTU Track 16 just came out and would fit the bill, I think. I'm liking mine so far. It has the added benefit of being powered via FireWire bus or wall wart.

Since you don't seem to need too much... A nice humble one would be a Focusrite Saffire6 usb. Two balanced/instrument combo in, midi in/out, four rca phono outputs, two trs out. If the rca doesn't matter then a Scarlett would work fine as well.
