1 - yeah the fonts are a bit on the small side, I agree. The tooltip font could be larger. And the vertical text on the collapsible frames could be bigger and BOLD, so it's easier to see.

2 - confirmed

3 - that's what you get with rotary mode for knobs. Hopefully linear mode will not be as sensitive.

One thing I don't quite like aesthetically is that when you collapse a frame, the edges are not round anymore. It would look better if they kept the round edges even in collapsed state.

Just wonderin'. What are these for?

And "IME"??

Also, will it be possible to have a non-install version? A simple .zip file plus instructions will do.

In the File Browser, to go up a level I habitually go to the [*] button in the top-left corner (where it is in other Browsers).

However this add the currently-selected folder to the "Places" list. So I go into Setup, delete that folder location, go back to the Browser and click the Up-Arrow button in the top-right corner.

Perhaps you could consider relocating the buttons?

Somewhat amusing. The fav/up buttons were placed as you request initially, but I moved them to their current configuration after massive requests in the beta group. Oy wey.

In the browser there should be a (..) line on top (listed just like in any other file, check out Total Commander for example), instead of the up-arrow button, IMHO. Much easier to spot :)

Ahem....

Switching back would put the Add Places button next to the button to maximize the field revealing Places - precarious in usage if yo usk me. The thing was to put the "Add To Places" out of regular click positioning. But hey, try it respective of 'normalcy', maybe it will be appreciated by masses. I take it an option would be difficult? Feedback. - And are people utilizing the Add Places??

+1 on the sensitive knobs...
+1 on browser total recall, though places is more than I've seen in other plugs

+1 on the dll only version (manual updating simply being a dll - if it's expected to become more involved, well then.....)

very quietly, I see someone's giving a nod to motum53ui... ;)

I also noticed this, that blue color is pretty much the same shade as it happens in MachFive3 :)

awww, I didn't want to literally Point to it, you should delete that! LOL

Check out the vol/pan though...

Alright, ENOUGH - wouldn't want any negative flack on this, you know?!

Haha. I don't think it matters. How does that one goes - copying is the most sincere form of flattering? :)

I'm not a musician, but I've designed sounds that others use to make music. http://soundcloud.com/obsidiananvil

1 - am i the only one finding the fonts a bit small ? I am on a 1920x1080 resolution, and it is a bit hard to read, so i'm asking...
Its a tradeoff - screen estate vs. big and beautiful. I _can_ turn up the font size a little, but that has some consequences:

1.) No more 800x600 resolution - cannot fit it (maybe if I move the sampling controls to a separate panel, since its obviously something to expand upon anyway)
2.) Some inputs will have to be re-styled (abbreviated, i.e "External Controller 11" -> "Ext. Ctrl 11") to ensure that 1024x600 and above can fit all the sound control panels without scroller.

Here's an experiment:

If enough people say they want this I'll do it. Just beware the consequences.

Agreed. Will fix.

That looks clearer indeed. I wouldn't be bothered by not having 800x600, that's bloody ancient. :D

By the way, could there be a way to make the tabbed controls look more like tabs, instead of just differently colored text? This might add more clarity to the intended functionality of those controls.

One thing I also have problems with is the TOO simple layout of parameters for groups/splits. Please add separators between different parameters to make this clearer. Add a colon after the name of parameter to make this EVEN clearer:

Range: [ ] | Vel: [ ] | Shift: [ ] | Tune: [ ] | Mode: [ ] | Trig: [ ] | Scale: [ ] | Choke: [ ] | Out: [ ]

It seems that the last (rightmost) animation for knobs is stretched improperly, looks quite weird:

I believe you should just have all CCs internally, from CC0 to CC127, without this External Controller nonsense. Sorry for being frank - this is a very basic feature that shouldn't demand any separate mapping. See how Kontakt does it:

Seems very easy and no fuss. Of course, I don't want this to become Kontakt, but there are some things that are just done well in Kontakt, you shouldn't be ashamed to borrow.
