If you'd like to have a cheap midi guitar get an input adapter (irig etc ) and 'midi guitar' app ..- Link it up to thumbjam .. Plug in that Taylor guitar select cello or mellotron flute in thumbjam and you've got some nice instant pad style backing.. Works pretty well

What would be REALLY cool, would be to have a way to record the MIDI guitar playing, so that I can record it slowly, and then speed it up! Maybe through Genome Midi Sequencer or something.......
