This is all Lush aside from Duende Bus compressor. You can really hear the quality of it's reverb. Lush, because it has an arp and really good effects, is great for just wondering off on tangents. I can realize a lot of diverse sounds very quickly.

I'm not a musician, but I've designed sounds that others use to make music. http://soundcloud.com/obsidiananvil

Wow, very nice work! I really like this, and I agree with your assessment--it's really fun to just go far out into left field designing sounds. I'm just really glad we've got these companies getting so obsessive about how their software sounds. I kinda feel like this is raising the bar for the industry in general and is forcing more companies to use better, more sophisticated algorithms to compete. This ultimately benefits music at large, I feel. It's so nice surfing through Beatport or something and hearing all these new sounds that I'm sure are Diva-generated or come from some other really well-designed software.

So, I'm just happy this is the direction the industry is moving in. I really feel like most hardware is on its way out, except for the collectors. I mean, I'll always revere this classic hardware as much as the next guy, but when it comes to actually getting music made, a fast computer is now the centerpiece of a studio. Fill it with software the likes of LuSH, Diva, and Alchemy, and you've got yourself an insanely powerful sonic laboratory that takes no more space no matter how many bits of virtual kit you decide to add. This is brilliant! No complaints here! :D

And now I get (Safari iPad):

Fatal error: Smarty error: [in Web/RandomEndorser.tpl line 7]: syntax error: unrecognized tag: faweb++ (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 436) in /includes/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1088

So they're using the Smarty Template Engine ;)
