In the final version you will be able to double click on the outer ring marks of the knobs to snap to that value, but for now the only way you can do it is to double click in the middle of the knob and type in a text value of 0, or whatever other value you want. You can also hold the Alt key down for ultra fine mouse drag.jensa wrote:@Andy. Is there any way to reset the knobs to default value? Nothing happens when clicking + any key modifier. Would be handy for like Spacing etc.

This filter really sounds like nothing I've had before!
Can't wait for the other filter models.
MS20 is great, but sometimes (for polyphonic stuff) the saturation can be a bit heavy.
But it kicks serious asses for basses!

Finally! Thirty minutes into it, and of course it's grand! Fat, punchy, squelchy, grimy. Yum yum.
Great job! Looks like Christmas came early this year.

I've set the gain staging so that self oscillation won't clip the outputs, but that means that for very loud input signals near full scale there will be lots of saturation. You can get a much cleaner sound by using the Pre and Post knobs, say setting -12 and +12 respectively, or even -24 and +24 if you want loads of headroom before any drive occurs.

Sorry to Windows users if The Drop isn't showing up. My had was forced a bit by Microsoft to move to a new product that I haven't done any development with before, since they stopped selling the old one. Hopefully it won't take too long to work out how to trick the compiler into working properly for everyone.

Hi
Interested to hear how 'juicy' this is on other peoples set-ups.
On my Internet computer this is VERY hungry - basically bringing a 2.3ghz CPU to a standstill with ony the filter and Drumatic 22 running (in Energy XT V1).
Thanks.

More level, more saturation ... as usual, of course.

Wow! I really like it so far!
The Drop is a really great filter, but it's an even better drum machine
Seriously, try it with self oscillation without any input! The super snappy envelopes are great for drum sounds! Add some audio rate modulation from the LFO and you can get some really crazy stuff
Congrats on the release again!
Cheers

On an i5-750 overclocked to 3.2ghz, both filters engaged, max res, audio-rate lfo on both filter cutoffs. I was able to get 1 tremor and 4 drops on one track with no problems. 256 sample latency, old echo layla24 interface. About what I expect for this type of plugin really. More reasonable settings seemed to use less CPU.original flipper wrote:Hi
