If you see the interview on the "Bitter Message of Hopeless Grief" DVD, you will notice that Mark Pauline, head of SRL, is noticeably missing a few fingers.

Because art is SUPPOSED to be dangerous, goddammit.

OP: I once made a drunken post on another forum extolling the virtues of the album Tyranny For You. It did not get any replies. But anyway I still consider that record to be an all-time classic.

I've been to several SRL shows in San Francisco. Always a pretty awesome spectacle! Every show was eventually shut down by the fire marshal, and I think it just got to the point where they couldn't put on local shows anymore. I miss those days...
