Do you realize that if you use 12:59 pm CET October 31, you are making it very difficult for those in the US. That translates to 6:59 AM on the east cost of the US and 3:59 AM on the west coast. I would expect it would have been 11:59 PM (i.e. just before midnight) so everyone could participate without waking up before dawn. Just my two cents.

do you realize what time the 11:59 PM from the west coast translates to in India
or Germany or ...???

so why should anyone get up before dawn?

maybe we should vote for a unitary standart time all over the world

Why minimum bids?

All my items had minimum bids from the start, I just don't want to give away stuff for (almost) nothing.
