When I assign a controller to make a change during a song, Cantabile always asks me if I want to save the changes when I try to change songs in the set list. Is there any way to turn this off? This will be real hassle when playing live. No I don't want to save the changes, I want to move on the next damn song.
How does everyone else deal with this? I want to have a single session for this band and have a subsession for each song, with controller changes, patch changes, effects changes, split/layer changes, with each subsession, but when I set a switch to bring in the horn part while playing live, when I'm through with that song I don't want to save the change, I want to move on the the next song.
Changing between songs in the set list

Ooooo. . . that kinda sucks. It works against the concept of real-time midi controllers that are meant to be changed during a session/subsession. There has to be a workaround for this. . .birdhouserecords wrote:I have the same issue. Can't find a way around this.
Have you tried much to counter this Birdhouse?

OK, that sounds like the ticket. Can't wait to try it.birdhouserecords wrote:try this:

I have not done it yet
Also, in that thread he mentions that setting the default to 2. "No" has no effect. I find that's true with the pop-up as well. If I click Yes it goes away, if I click No then it keeps on poping up everytime I go to the next song.
Anyway, thanks for sharing. I'm not sure I would have ever found that.
