I'm looking for a hardware Audio Analyzer (like the Samson D1500) what is similar?

what are the alterantives or similar?

What would i search for find a similar unit?

Does that have hardware as well as software. The samson unit is a rack mount.

I have a Genexxa 10 Band Graphic Equalizer which has a built-in spectrum analyser ... I use it when checking mixes on my hi-fi.

Maybe the Mackie Quad EQ? It's discontinued but sometimes you can find them on eBay.

Whoops... Somehow I overlooked the fact you wanted a hardware analyser. Anyway, look into one with 32 bands or more. 10 bands is not enough to be usable in all circumstances.
