andy_cytomic wrote:Thanks for the heads up. I've rolled the web page to be v0.9.4 while I look into it. I have a repeatable crash on unloading The Drop from Reaper v4.261 32bit on Win 7 64bit, which is good news since it means I am close to finding the cause.Crackbaby wrote:Just to sound the alarm: With latest build 1.06 Mulab has crashed a couple of times.

Ok, found the bug that was causing the trouble, lets try again!
The Drop v0.9.6 is ready for trial, and you get another two weeks of use
http://www.cytomic.com/drop-public-beta-ready
* improved frequency response for non-oversampled filters running at 44.1 khz or 48 khz
* added alt + click (mac) and ctrl + click (win) resetting, shift + drag for fine movement
* fixed mouse wheel on win, and added support for shift + wheel for fine movement
* added double clicking on knob markings to snap to that value (double clicking in the centre of the knob still edits the text value)
* halved the linear phase oversampling latency and improved its performance
* added direct access and display of oversampling settings to the top bar

Mousewheel no longer works in FL Studio. It worked (albeit had the clockwise-only bug) in v0.9.4.

Thanks for the feedback. Are you by any chance running Windows 7 64-bit and running FL Studio in 32-bit?audiosabre wrote:Mousewheel no longer works in FL Studio. It worked (albeit had the clockwise-only bug) in v0.9.4.

No, it sounds like I can't help you
Windows has an API that allows you to "hook" the mouse to get mouse wheel events, which are poorly handled so have to be manually grabbed, but this API is completely broken if you run Windows in 64-bit mode with a 32-bit application. Not much I can do about that. Probably the best idea is I contact the guys that write FL and get them to send plugins mouse wheel events like Reaper does.

Works like a charm now on Win7 64bit with latest S1 Pro 64bit. If you could only lower CPU usage a bit without destroying the sound quality, it would be perfect. Buying it 1st second it comes as v1.
