After checking out WC Olo Garbs website and also the gear list page, I really can't tell if you're joking by posting this little bit of wisdom :-/

He talks about "cheesy sounds' made by synths being disappointing. I listened to his music on Youtube. I read about cheese. Is he taking the piss?

i hate the end of year sales. there is always something I want (need), but I have kids so buying myself toys during the holidays just doesn't happen. it's always just a big tease for me. suppose it's my own fault: I should just start saving up for the holidays in january.

I think I've conquered my GAS, and I'm very happy about it. I still keep an eye on all the new gear coming out and I'm probably never going to quit buying stuff, but I CAN say that I'm finally content and happy with what I have and don't feel I lack anything - and I don't look for things to buy either. And that's a good thing, because now I can channel that energy into making music instead of spending an hour on ebay and the local classified ads every day...

I'm a fan of some of WC Olo Garb's stuff, particularly his synth demos, which really push the envelope (though not always in a pleasant way
