Can we make our entries open to the public once the voting starts. I mean to people other than those who are KVR forum members, or must our entries only be available to members during the voting?

IIRC the entries are downloadable by everyone,
not just members,(but maybe I might stand corrected),
so no need to make them public,
but it should be allowed to put a link to the DC on your site
