Getting two simultaneous Guitar tones,What am I doing wrong?

I just recently purchased a Roland quad capture along with Guitar rig 5 pro. I have been using both for about a week now and I just noticed recently that I am getting both the amp model sound off Guitar Rig 5 and the clean pre-amp sound off my quad capture. It was not like this in previous uses, it has only occurred in the past couple days. Any suggestions on how to get just the guitar tone through Guitar rig 5?

In addition when I record something on Reaper I am recording both tones on the same mono track without wanting to.

Direct monitoring, many if not all decent soundcards have that, it's zero latency monitoring.

My M-Audio card has a mix knob for that(I don't mix in any of the dry).
