Hey,

Hot Robot Vocoder was the only entry I tested so far that instantly crashed Ableton Live 32 Bit 8.3.4 on Windows 7 64 Bit on initial VST scanning.

Hi,
I'm creator of this VST effect. I've tested it on FL Studio on windows 7, windows 8 64 bit. It worked pretty well... it should also work in other hosts as it is a VST plugin but as I see people are reporting crashes

I would have to test it more precisely but i am very busy right now and i'm afraid i can't do that on time for the Developer Challenge.

As a proof that it works I can only give you this link showing my VST when i just finished it.

I know that this is just a stupid excuse but you have to forgive me...

I will be working on this effect in future but right now i've got so many things to do that i just can't handle it all.

If someone have crashes and errors with my VST could you post screenshots here? It would be very helpful.

Thanks for your answer - too bad you can't fix it for the contest.
I can't send you any screenshots - Ableton Live crashed directly on startup when loading VSTs and the next thing I did was uninstalling your Plugin.

Let us know when you have an update.

Looks cool, I installed dot net into Sandboxie and I can see the gui, but can't get it working in that situation(Sandboxie).

Any demo mp3's?

I tried to load it up in REAPER, Windows Vista. It said something about outputs, froze, registered 300% CPU load, and crashed, even after reinstalling .NET 4.0.

Thank you for your answers and patience. Sorry about all of the crashes but they didn't happen to me and i didn't test it on other hosts than FL Studio assuming that if it is a VST plugin it should be properly loaded in all hosts.
Next time i will test more deeply.

... but i don't know when i will find some time for this :/

When I try to load it, I get "vst.net error system index out of range exception" in reaper 64 it, win 7 64, .net 4.5 installed (net 4.0 installer says that I dont need to install that version)

Hope you get time to fix this eventually, it looks like a really cool vocoder!

works here... ableton live 32 bit. only mono but the draggable bands is very fun!
