Eagerly awaiting it since it was supposed to come out last Summer. Waldorf mentions it will support Audiobus, which is a sort of newish development- that makes it seem less like vaporware to me....

---I've got my finger's crossed but this is taking a while, hopefully it's going to be a killer synth and well worth the wait.
