FreeAlpha 64 - Kills JUCE PluginHost

Hello,

While playing around with a 64-bit build of the JUCE (v2.0.28) PluginHost (on Windows), I've found that it consistently crashes when attempting in loading FreeAlpha 64.

The crash happens when the opcodes 5 (effGetProgramName) and 29 (effGetProgramNameIndexed) try to get dispatched.
