made a bunch of percussion samples so here they are license free.. common objects like containers, ~400 doumbek hits with oktava mk 12, ~100 with rode nt1, used for everythnig else.. a shaker, rattle, coconut, finger snaps..

did so many they're casually sorted.. most are single hits but you'll find a few combos left in, clipping hits (tho i think the clipping that occurs is in analog signal chain and not digital) pieces of garbage if they seemed like they might be useful. the majority should be fairly clean, undistorted, and trimmed.

the doumbek samples are sequential, so adjacent samples might be a variation on the same hit, or an accompanying hand position.. if you're making a kit for a particular riff, you'll probably find the constituents close together.

yah, thanks! Haven't had a chance to unzip them yet, but one can't have too many unique hits.

no, yes. better reasons to synergise than for praise :D

didn't find a lot of free hand perc sf2s so i figured the net was short on samples for them. my studio is a small room but i think for the most they're free of ambience for practical use, so i was interested in hearing how the doumbek hits sound to others on that since i know my ambience well enough to hear it in anything..
