Hello, I am using RMV 5.08 and, as seen in past versions too, I'm seeing very weird things in loop pad operations. I'm thinking they are related to the "preview" function, especially related to loop pads, but cannot currently be sure about it.
Sometimes after reloading a project I see empty wave in a loop pad where a loop should be loaded - the loop name shows up but the wave is not there (the smaller bottom slice prewiew is there though); also, the wrong loop is played, like clicking a loop pad tab brings to a pad shifted by one position (for example I see in pad 4 whjat I would expect in pad 3). I had to revert to a project backup to see what loops were correctly loaded in what pads because the plugin interface was really behaving in confusde way when switching loop pads.
I also have to verify this, but this problem seems to affect more frequently loop pads from 3 onward.
I am trying to reproduce the whole thing reliably, but apart from the fact that the problem seems quite unpredictable I just don't want to waste all my DAW time chasing ghosts, I'm sure you understand the frustration...
Another thing is that this problem seems the evidence of a more wide plugin corruption state, in that even the loop librarian search functions no longer work (what ever I type in loop name search, even with "match all" set, I always see all loops in a list).
I've tried in the very same project (REAPER 4.30 x86 in Win 7 x64) to open another instance of RMV reloading all loops and the new instance was fine.
So, I'll try now avoiding the loop preview function but I wonder if there's some already known pending issue with the loop preview... maybe preview uses in some hidden way the next available free pad and somehow doesn't handle it properly?
If it happens again I'll make sure to send you the fxb status of the plugin and, if viable, the REAPER project.
EDIT: my plugin config in REAPER is set to save whole bank state, this rule out any possible problems related to having this option disabled.
Thank you,
Mario

Thank you Mario,
I'll add them to the things we have to investigate. Actually I'm not aware of such issues, but we'll try and investigate.
