DM1 - The Drum Machine updated to v3.0

and it does sync to external MIDI clock just fine

I press play in FL Studio (my sync output settings are fine), but DM1 doesn't start playing. So there's no sync at all!

Well there must be some sort of sync if I can get DM1 to start/stop with my external gear. You must need to adjust something. Either to tell FL to send MIDI Clock or for DM-1 to receive. Either that or they or both on different MIDI Channels.

Are you talking about desktop version of FL or mobile by the way?

I don't know what it is. FL sends sync fine to some other apps, like modrum. And there's no sync setting in DM1.

To be honest MoDrums timing is way better than DM-1 anyway so I would worry too much.

Yeah, it seems they have been enabling and disabling it for several versions now. Even before 3 I believe I had it triggered by ableton. Unfortunately, it's not as tight as we would like..
