Oh thanks Zen!

Btw, metallurgy SUCKED! But I've spent 1000's since
The bulk? Guitars/Basses. And I'm QUITE pleased! I now have a really super fab ibby, another good ibby (for tuning LOW) and I've got a 5 string fretless on the way! (but who knows If I'll keep it) Add "live suite" and that is the bulk of the cash I've spent. Good news, I'm more musical than every

Oh yeah, I had not mentioned my 5 string "premium" bass that was pretty pricey, but totally worth it. The last stuff I mentioned is all happily being used except I sold nobel Q.
We should have a "what have you sold lately" thread........one of the ibby's is going on the chop block. Nice guitar, but I have too many and too many that I like a lot more

What I really find myself lusting after right now is Live 9 with Push. Its a totally irrational lust... when I played with live many years ago, I always found myself just getting stuck in a loop and not making any real music. I'm currently very happy working in a linear workflow with Sonar, which of course also has a matrix view should I ever choose to use it. I'm also happy with a standard keyboard controller and a Korg padKontrol which I rarely ever use. So the whole thing makes no sense... its just pure, irrational GAS!

I just got 8 suite and it's..........(wait for it) SWEEEEEET! I cannot explain it here but I'm so much more musical since getting back into it. Maschine is ok, but it's nowhere near as functional with groove, audio recording or even midi editing. I call live "maschine" on steroids. I have the update to 9 suite free!
