I doubt it. That's one of the primary selling points of this EQ.

I still love using this particular EQ for tracking, just seems to open out sounds in a (no pun intended) airy way, for very low cpu hit.

Yes, but this makes this EQ sometimes more difficult to use. Often is better to have visual feedback eg. for the Q. I use the AirEQ only rarely but every first time I find me searching, in which direction turning the knobs to get the proper Q-values.
Another thing is this wrong implementation of the gain, which makes it very hard to setup this EQ. Often I only can set a gain of 0.7 to have the same effect with all other EQs when setting 4dB. Comparing this with an analyzer showing this curious implementation.
Dial-in such small values makes this EQ more complicated to use.

I hope in the future, Eiosis implement a normal gain behaviour and spend an additional display.

I recall some controversy over gain with AirEQ...to my ears, it doesn't sound much different than others in terms of gain, maybe a bit more forceful, but I'm not using an analyzer. I was really just mentioning that when he released AirEQ, it was purposely about "using your ears" and emulating the hardware experience, and I would be very surprised if he ever added a visual graph. Personally, I think this, along with the "Coarse Max Gain" feature for sweeping frequencies, make it stand out from the pack.

That being said, I don't use it as much as I used to, if not just because of that bloody Syncrosoft loading time! :x

I certainly will not be purchasing this EQ or any that has no visual representation. I like ease of use and i like to see what i'm doing. This is my opinion and what I like to work with.

Vienna's new instruments for EQ are a great example of what I like :)

Really AirEQ's strength is not precision fine Q sound fixing work, but more wider Q tonal shaping of the sound. In fact it can work wonders doing subtle light shaping such as this on the 2-bus.

In such situations, visual representation really isn't needed, its all about how it sounds.

I got used to looking at things visually with other eq's before I purchased the AirEQ. Whats interesting is that, whilst initially it took some getting used to, now when I use it, I find myself boosting or cutting areas at frequencies I normally wouldn't have considered with a visual representation, but just letting my ears be the guide in making it sound better (ie, when I tweaked the eq and THEN, changed its options to display the exact values which one can do with this eq, I was surprised at what points I had tweaked).

It was an interesting and good lesson right there that sometimes relying on visual clues is not always the best answer to achieving ones sonic goal :)

Shit, yeah. If you have some cash, get it. Excellent EQ's and bundle (esp compressor!), just a little pricey.

I hate EQs that I can't see what frequencies I'm cutting. Although you should rely on your ears I still like to see visually what I'm doing.

Anyway, is it Universal Binary for Intel macs?
I designed AirEQ without a curve intentionally, because I'm convinced that mixing with AirEQ without a curve is better, and seeing what you do disturbs and influences what you hear.

But we'll maybe release an EQ with a graphic equalization curve one day !

Potentially. Kind of strange....what if you need to download a copy of your installers (which I just did, like, a week ago)?

I have that situation now - need the Mac installer. I had been waiting till a 64 bit version came out but if it's no longer going to be available at all I would have liked to have known in advance so I could have at least snagged the most recent installer.

Yeah! A little warning, people. Especially at these price points...

I *hope* their current disappearance is just temporary due to revamp of their products and preparation of their comeback.
