And it sounds great SOBER, too, am I right? I'd hope so because I've used it stone sober throughout and damn it does sound good. I know "there's a thread for that" but really it does and I'm NOT patronizing - just saying it sounds good.

I liked the way it sounds, i want to get it, just the price as a single unit is mighty high. Hopefully there is a sale in the Custom Shop on individual items soon.

I love the NI GUI honestly I love the way they sound even more just wish vari comp was less CPU intensive. but yes I do like Ik and love most of there other GUI but I will not be getting this because It hurts to look at. also did CSR ever become 64bit?rhythmtechnologies wrote:honestly m8, its hideous! looks like something a kid would throw together. up there with the worst ive seen. no potshots here, just honesty.Peter - IK Multimedia wrote: What areas? if you read it a little better you will notice its not that they say the GUI means it sucks but GUI does effect choices and the GUI is intense think about it can you look at that for hours at a time in a dark room? if you can you are amazing because I cant Its to bright and bold it hurt my eyes just listening to the youtube videokoolkeys wrote:Honestly, and I'm probably going to get flack for saying this, but I don't think the GUI is really that bad. I personally think that some are overreacting to it. Don't get me wrong, I can understand that everyone has different tastes, and not everyone will see it the same way.
But I find it odd how many people here will complain when somebody makes a flashy GUI for a crappy plugin and say that looks don't matter, the sound is all that matters. But then when a good plugin(I'm assuming, as I haven't tried it) has a "bad" GUI, all of a sudden it matters.
Just strange to me.
Not that it matters much as I can't afford much new stuff these days, so I won't be able to buy it or the other plugins any time soon. Nice to see some new additions to the selection though.

Yes. It is now integrated via T-RackS Custom Shop. Existing CSR users can obtain the 64-bit versions for free by downloading T-RackS Custom Shop from their User Area, installing, authorizing, and hitting "Restore My Gear" from the T-RackS CustomShop GEAR menu.jam92189 wrote:also did CSR ever become 64bit?

I like the GUI's on the new NI stuff but I don't like how the labels change when you hover over them.
That being said, NI's GUI programming in general seems to be a notch above IK's.

"The Drug Enforcement Administration reiterated its stance that marijuana is an illegal drug and that possessing, using or selling it is a crime".
"The Drug Enforcement Administration's enforcement of the Controlled Substances Act remains unchanged," said the DEA in a press statement. "In enacting the Controlled Substances Act, Congress determined that marijuana is a Schedule I control[ed] substance".
"Marijuana use in both states continues to be illegal under the federal Controlled Substances Act. One option is to sue the states on the grounds that any effort to regulate marijuana is pre-empted by federal law".
Sorry....
Anyway it's off topic or Hyde Park material...how 'bout them plugins?
